ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of four modular classroom building for a total of 6,528 square feet. Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing. ECHO DCL also supplied all site excavation and final grading, utilities, gutters and downspouts, sidewalks, foundations, steps/decks /ramps. ECHO DCL was able to complete the work at the site in less than 30 days. From mobilization, ECHO DCL completed all work and turned the buildings over to the customer in twenty nine days. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
