ECHO DCL delivered the complete design and construction of one modular Behavioral Health buildings for a total of 5,364square feet. Scope of work will include design, engineer, and manufacturing. Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up steps, and fire sprinkler. This building will serve as the new office space for the Contracting and Engineering departments. An ECHO DCL Superintendent will be present from Start to Finish.
