HVAC systems were designed to comply as a Transition Medical Space with UFC 4-510-01 Design: Medical Military Facilities & UFC 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. This includes proper air changes and pressurization per room, unit modifications for air intake height and emergency shutdown of the HVAC system. Complete turnkey construction included, delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, interior building communications, building water, sewer and electric, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps, lightning protection and Medintech flooring in the Kennel/Wards, Operating Room, Pre-Op Room and Recovery Room.
This building serves as the veterinary clinic while their permanent facility is undergoing major renovations. ECHO DCL was on-site from mobilization to the completion of all work and turned the buildings over to the customer in twenty three days. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
