ECHO DCL delivered the complete design and construction of a modular SCIF building for a total of 720 square feet. Scope of work included designing, engineering, and manufacturing. Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, steps, fire alarm, and SIPR NIPR TS intrusion detection. This building serves as the new SCIF for the 7th Signal Command. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
This was completed in 2010 in Ft. Gordon, Georgia.
