Description: ECHO DCL delivered the complete design and construction of an Administration building for a total of 5,055 square feet.  Scope of work included designing, engineering, and manufacturing.  Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, steps, and fire alarm.  This building serves as the new office space for the AFMSA.  An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
