ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of one modular PT/OT Facility for a total of 11,045 square feet. Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing. Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, nurse call, fire sprinkler, building communications, building water, sewer and electric, gutters, downspouts, awnings, decks, steps and ramps. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present for 42 days from Start to Finish.
