29 Palms Child Development Center

ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of one modular Child Development Center Facility for a total of 15,552 square feet in Twentynine Palms, CA.  Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, fire sprinkler, site and building communications, site and building water, sewer and electric, sidewalks, playground equipment, fencing, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps. The CDC also required and received a full commercial kitchen. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
