Description: ECHO DCL delivered the complete Design and construction of two modular buildings To Barksdale AFB to serve as the new modular office space for the Flight Squadron.  SOW included designing, engineering, and manufacturing.  Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, steps, canopy, water, sewer and electrical. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from start to finish.
