ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of one Modular Patrol Station for a total of 6,353 square feet.  Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing. Complete turnkey construction included foundation, delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, fire sprinkler system to meet NFPA 13 and UFC, interior building communications, complete security system,  site and building water, fire water, sewer and electric, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps.  This project included a small workout room for the Border Patrol agents.  ECHO DCL was on-site from mobilization to the completion of all work. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.  Project was complete on time.
