ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of one building (16) floors make up a total of 11,520 sq. ft. of transition space for Fort Gordon. This facility was designed to care for the needs of our troops during the transition time while the orthopedic hospital space was being renovated. There is a fully functional x-ray room and casting room as well as exam rooms. The lead shielding for the x-ray room was designed in such a way that it was all installed during the manufacturing of the modular units. Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing.  Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, fire alarm, site and building communications, Nurse call,  site and building water, sewer and electric, sidewalks, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
