ECHO DCL completed the design and construction of one modular Behavioral Health Clinic for a total of 22,990 square feet. Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing. HVAC systems were designed to comply as a Transition Medical Space with UFC 4-510-01 Design: Medical Military Facilities & UFC 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. This includes proper air changes and pressurization per room, unit modifications for air intake height and emergency shutdown of the HVAC system. Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, fire sprinkler, site and building communications, site and building water, sewer and electric, sidewalks, 78,000 square foot parking lot, fencing, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
