Description: ECHO DCL delivered the complete design and Construction of a permanent modular Barracks Building for the Texas National Guard.  SOW included design, engineering, and manufacturing.  Complete turnkey construction included Delivery, set-up, foundation, steps, decks, ramps, fire alarm, sprinkler system, water, sewer & electrical runs and utility connections. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from start to finish.
