ECHO DCL delivered the complete design and construction of one 2,090 square foot modular office facility. Scope of work included design, engineer, and manufacturing. Complete turnkey construction included delivery, set-up, steps, landings and handrails. An ECHO DCL Superintendent was present from Start to Finish. Project was completed within 15 days.
