Description:  With the corporate headquarters in McKinney, TX, ECHO DCL has consistently built long-lasting relationships with customers and potential customers within the Lone Star State.  One of those customers is the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG).  Over the years, ECHO DCL has completed several projects for the Texas Army National Guard at various locations across the state.

One of those locations is Camp Swift, about 30 miles east of the state capital of Austin.  Originally built in 1942, Camp Swift has served various purposes over the decades since its inception.  Currently, Camp Swift serves as a training area for members of the Texas Army National Guard.  In mid-2007, the TXARNG identified a need for classroom space for guard members training at Camp Swift.  The TXARNG contracted with ECHO DCL to build (3) 1,500 square foot modular classroom buildings at the camp.  The ECHO DCL team completed full turnkey services that included design, manufacturing, delivery, set up and all utility runs and connections.  The project was completed in fewer than 4 months.
