Icon completed the design and construction of one modular 16-chair Dental Clinic for a total of 9,731 square feet.  Scope of work included design, engineering, and manufacturing. HVAC systems were designed to comply as a Transition Medical Space with UFC 4-510-01 Design: Medical Military Facilities & UFC 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. This includes proper air changes and pressurization per room, unit modifications for air intake height and emergency shutdown of the HVAC system.  Complete turnkey construction included foundation, delivery, set-up, fire alarm/mass notification, nurse call, fire sprinkler system to meet NFPA 13 and UFC, interior building communications, site and building water, fire water, sewer and electric, gutters, awnings, decks, steps and ramps, all air and vac for the dental chairs and Medintech flooring in the DTR’s.

This building serves as the dental clinic while the permanent facility is undergoing major renovations.  Icon was on-site from mobilization to the completion of all work and turned the buildings over to the customer in forty days. An Icon Superintendent was present from Start to Finish.
