ECHO DCL Begins Modular Building Expansion at 29 Palms CDC

The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in Twentynine Palms, CA, in partnership and ECHO DCL of McKinney, Texas has broken ground on a new Interim Child Development Center. The new buildings will create additional space for infants in the nursery and toddlers. This 15,000 square foot temporary facility will be vital in supporting the ever increasing demand for child care services at MCAGCC. The modular buildings will include modern, age-specific classrooms and playgrounds designed specifically to the needs of infants through preschool age children.

ECHO DCL will provide full turnkey services and oversee this project from inception to completion including site preparation, grading, excavation, concrete foundation, steps, decks, sidewalks and utility preparation. The facility will also include a full service kitchen and laundry as well as administrative and training facilities. The CDC is expected to be functional in early December.
